Ne disa dokumente sekrete, te cilat nuk qendruan online me shume se disa ore per shkak te mbylljes se Wikileaks, dilnin ne drite te tjera informacione per Shqiperine dhe Kosoven.
Nje mesazh i dhjetorit 2006, i referohet shqetesimeve te shprehu-
ra nga keshilltari diplomatik i ish- presidentit Zhak Shirak, Maurice Gourdault-Montagne gjate nje takimi me ndihmessekretarin amerikan te Shtetit per Ceshtjet e Europes dhe Azise, Daniel Fried.
Sipas keshilltarit francez, kryeministri rus Vladimir Putin druhej se nje ndarje e Kosoves do te conte drejt bashkimit te veriut te saj me Serbine dhe Jugut me Shqiperine. "Nje gje e tille do te shkaktonte radikalizimin e nje shteti mysliman ne zemer te Europes, gje qe deri tani kemi arritur ta shmangim me sukses", thuhet ne dokument. Fried, po sipas te njejti mesazh, kishte thene se si serbeve, edhe shqiptareve u ishte bere e ditur qe Kosova do te jete e pavarur dhe se ne kete pike, kthimi mbrapa do te ishte nje gabim i madh.
Zyrtari francez, qe sherben aktualisht si ambasador i Frances ne Londer, kishte sqaruar ne takim pozicionin e vendit te tij. "Franca,- ishte shprehur Montagne,- nuk kerkon shtyrje te pavaresise se Kosoves, thjesht shqetesohet-
se nje hap i tille mund te kishte pasoja te paparashikueshme".
Nje tjeter leter-kembim i publikuar nje dite me pare tregon po keshtu se Silvio Berlusconi kishte kundershtuar si perkrahjen e per pavaresine e Kosoves, ashtu edhe zgjerimin e NATO-s, duke i cilesuar provokime te amerikaneve ndaj Rusise. Ne shtypin tone permendet edhe nje tjeter mesazh, me i hershem ky, qe daton ne 1999-in e i referohet nje raporti te hartuar majin e atij viti nga nje specialiste e Departamentit Amerikan te Shtetit, carol migdalovitz. Kjo e fundit pershkruan ne raport situaten e rajonit ne periudhen e luftes se kosoves dhe friken e Athines mbi ndikimin ne ekonomite e vendeve te Ballkanit.
Ne telegram thuhet se Greqia i druhej nje rezolute per Kosoven ne Keshillin e Sigurimit qe do te conte drejt pavaresise, cka do te nxiste sipas saj krijimin e Shqiperise se Madhe, duke provokuar kesisoj ne rajon konflikte e destabilizim.
Frika me e madhe e ish kryeministri Kostas Simitis ishte nje vershim i te shperngulurve kosovare ne jugun e Shqiperise dhe perplasjet e tyre me minoritetin grek.
