Myku i lekures eshte nje semundje e cila lind si pasoje e shtimit te djerses. Si rrjedhoje e ketij fenomeni ulet pehashi i aciditetit te lekures, duke krijuar keshtu kushte te favorshme te zhvillimit te mykut, qe jane shkaktare te semundjes mykotike.-
Zakonisht, nga kjo semundje preken njerez qe bejne profesione te ndryshme dhe qe jane te detyruar te mbajne kepuce, siē jane ushtaraket, policet dhe disa profesione te tjera. Myku shfaqet kryesisht midis gishtave te kembeve, por nuk mund te perjashtohen edhe vende ne pjese te ndryshme te trupit.
