duhet te na ftoni me nje nje mesazh shume te shkurter telegrafik ku te shkruhet: 12 prioritetet u permbushen".
Pas nje prezantimi te gjate nga Ministrja e Integrimit, te permbushjes sipas saj te prioriteteve te ndryshme, Komisioni Europian kerkoi serish rezultate konkrete ne pak javet qe kane mbetur para publikimit te raporit te progresit ne tetor.

"Ne besojme fort se perparimi yne drejt permbushjes se 12 prioriteteve kyēe te Opinionit te fundit te Komisionit, kerkon perpjekje te verteta kombetare : nga qeveria, opozita, institucionet e perforcimit te ligjit, nga gjyqesori, qytetaret dhe nga organizatat e shoqerise civile. Por ne fund, ne nuk mund tia arrijme nese ju nuk besoni dhe nuk na ndihmoni me kete".

Qellimi juaj i deklaruar eshte statusi kandidat dhe kjo kerkon perpjekje te medha te cilat duhet te bindin jo vetem institucionet europiane, Komisionin dhe Parlamentin, por edhe vendet anetare qe ne fund jane pergjegjese per vendimin perfundimtar".
I pranishem ne takim ishte edhe Drejtori per Ballkanin ne Sherbimin e Jashtem te BE-se, i cili kujtoi se vendet anetare do te shqyrtojne me shume vemendje rekomandimet e Komisionit per Shqiperine ne keshillin e dhjetorit.

"Per Keshillin, siē eshte thene disa here edhe ne konkluzionet e vendeve anetare, eshte e nje rendesie te stermadhe qe vemendje politike ti jepet edhe pjeses tjeter te prioriteteve kyēe te percaktuara ne Opinionin e vitit 2010, dhe vendet anetare do te shqyrtojne serish, me shume vemendje rekomandimet e Komisionit ne kuader te Keshillit te dhjetorit. Me lini gjithashtu te theksoj se nuk ka kohe per te humbur dhe se ne presim rezultate konkrete qe do tju ēonin me afer qellimit tuaj kombetar".
Ndersa lajmi se reforma zgjedhore eshte afer fundit u prit me shume kujdes, debatet e parlamentareve shqiptare dhe atyre europiane, gjate dy diteve ne Bruksel vijojne per reformen parlamentare, per ekonomine, gyqesorin, te drejtat e njeriut dhe lirine e shtypit.
