Itali, amnisti te gjithe emigranteve klandestine

Do kene nje muaj kohe per tu pajisur me dokumente te rregullta qendrimi emigrantet ilegale me banim ne Itali, qe kane nje punedhenes te gatshem te vetepaditet dhe te paguaje nje gjobe prej nje mije eurosh. Nga 15 shtator deri me 15 tetor qeveria i-
taliane parashikon nje periudhe pezullimi te ligjit (amnistie), qe ndeshkon ata qe kane marre ne pune emigrante pa dokumente dhe praktikisht ka aprovuar nje legalizim qe pritej prej shume kohesh.
Procedura parashikon legalizimin e te huajve qe kane jetuar ne Itali prej te pakten 31 dhjetorit te vitit 2011, gje qe do ti duhet ta vertetojne me ēdo lloj akti, qofte edhe me nje gjobe te thjeshte. Jane te perjashtuar nga kjo mundesi te huajt qe konsiderohen kercenim i rendit publik apo te sigurise, si dhe ata qe kane marre debim per kete arsye. Kostoja e legalizimit per ēdo emigrant te punesuar ne te zeze eshte nje mije euro dhe punedhenesi duhet te deshmoje se, ka paguar rregullisht te gjitha detyrimet e tjera.

Avranno un mese per ottenere alcuni documenti regolare permesso di immigrati clandestini che vivono in Italia che hanno un datore di lavoro disposto a "vetėpaditet" e pagare una multa di mille euro. Dal 15 settembre al 15 ottobre prevede governo italiano un periodo di sospensione del diritto (amnistia), che punisce chi assume immigrati irregolari e la legalizzazione praticamente passato un lungo atteso. La procedura prevede la legalizzazione degli stranieri che vivono in Italia da almeno 31 dicembre 2011, che dovrą dimostrare con qualsiasi tipo di atto, anche con una semplice multa. Sono esclusi da questa possibilitą gli stranieri ritenuti una minaccia per l'ordine pubblico o la sicurezza, cosģ come coloro che hanno ricevuto lo sfratto per questo motivo. Il costo della legalizzazione per tutti gli immigrati impiegati in nero č di mille euro e il datore di lavoro deve dimostrare di aver regolarmente pagato tutti gli altri obblighi.
