Nisin procedurat per ndarjen e kestit te dyte te demshperblimit per te perndjekurit politike. Te gjithe ata ish-te perndjekur qe jane mbi 65 veē do te perfitojne kestin e dyte te dem-
shperblimit, sipas vendimit te hyre ne fuqi pak dite me pare. Ministria e Financave ka bere me dije proceduren qe duhet te ndjeke kjo kategori te perndjekurish per te perfituar nga vendimi qe u jep perparesi atyre qe jane me te moshuar. Ne sqarimin e saj, Ministria e Financave ben me dije se keta individe duhet qe te paraqesin prane sektorit te pagesave dhe demshperblimeve nje certifikate lindjeje (personale), te leshuar pas dates 26 mars 2012. Nga data 14 prill, ne llogarite e 123 te perndjekurve politike jane derdhur kestet e radhes te demshperblimit te perfituar sipas ligjit ne fuqi. Gazeta publikon sot listen e plote me emrat e atyre qe marrin parate ne bankat e nivelit te dyte, ku edhe kane llogarite. Ministria e Financave eshte institucioni qe ka bere edhe pagesen sipas radhes dhe listes se miratuar nga institucionet e tjera perkatese. Ne vijim, gazeta do te botoje ēdo liste me emra perfituesish, qe do te miratohet nga qeveria dhe per te cilen, Ministria e Financave do te depozitoje kestet e radhes se demshperblimit.
